    Carissa Gass/racist. Her entire family does not favor anyone that's not white. 100% rasict family. Her sisters are raised to hate any skin color not white. Is this who you want handling your money? City bank doesn't care about the truth. They only care about money. If your not white your not welcome there....even if they smile at you it's fake....White people truly believe they are better than everyone else.

    I have Power of Attorney for my father who has his accounts here. This branch is understaffed and was extremely nasty prior to getting the Power of Attorney approved. Thankfully there are other branches in the general vicinity that are competent and well staffed, otherwise I would move his accounts to another bank altogether.

    Literally the laziest employees I have ever encountered in my life. If you want tellers, bankers, loan officers, who actually care about your needs and goals, do NOT use this bank. Their only goal is to do as little work as possible, collect a pay check and go home.
